Technology Solutions created TOPONE Workshops for school leaders in the mid 1990’s. The company’s premier offering, TOPONE Weekend Warrior Workshop (W3) is an intensive, sixteen-hour technology leadership-training program. TOPONE W3 participants learn to apply the right technology tools and to make intelligent technology decisions that positively impact instruction and learning. They learn to better manage the business of education and to lead and motivate their staff by example. Handheld computers play a key role in TOPONE W3 workshops. TOPONE handEman© Handheld Workshops are expanded leadership experiences based on the validated TOPONE curriculum. They focus exclusively on the functionality and application of the handheld computer in the school setting.

TOPONE handEman© Workshops are customized to meet the individual needs of sponsoring school organizations. Offerings range from a quick one-hour "tour" of handheld functions to a full-day experience or more.
